Tammy is absolutely the best REALTOR and person. She has truly become a part of our family. The first home we ever bought was through her, and she very patiently walked us through every step, explaining everything in detail with kindness until she knew we understood. That was 4 years ago, and everything she told us proved true. We decided to buy our second home much earlier than expected, and we really did have enough equity to upgrade. This time she was both our seller and our buyer, and she was even more patient, informative, and determined than with our first home. She also demands respect for her clients and never hesitates to stand up if she feels they’ve been disrespected or misled. I’ve used her services twice now, and as long as she is in business, she will be our only REALTOR. She has a way of making you feel like you’re her only client.
I had an exceptional experience working with Tammy Whalen to sell my mom's house! We had a fairly involved process because I was acting as POA for my mom. Tammy was wonderful! I’m so glad I found her, the other REALTOR I was considering showed little enthusiasm for my house, leaving me extremely worried about what it would sell for. Tammy, on the other hand, thought my house was great! She had so many positive things to say, was an absolute lifesaver with referrals for some of the remaining work that needed to be done, and sold my house after only four days on the market at the full asking price! Very helpful was that Tammy does “coming soon” listings, which not all agents are willing to do. This was important to me and I’m glad she agreed! As if all these wonderful things weren’t enough, Tammy also charges just 1.5 % commission (3% to the Buyer’s Agent), which is half of what most REALTORS charge! Can’t say enough about what a stellar experience Tammy made of selling my house!
